Job Description:
This is a Great Opportunity to become a leader in a great company and growing Sector of Compass Group, Canteen Dining Services. We are seeking a growth minded District Manager for our growing business. As the District Manager you will be responsible for 8-10 Food Service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to companies’ food quality and merchandizing standards, and the proper management and maintenance of company resources and assets.
- Manage the district in compliance with established company policies and procedures, and in conjunction with the Vice President's guidance.
- Perform operational audits of district units and design improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
- Monitor and ensures development of realistic and accurate forecasts at the unit level and develop realistic and accurate District forecasts.
- Ensure favorable financial performance to company and client budgets.
- Ensure adherence to company brands, programs, services and centrally directed strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least three years experience managing P&L food service operations.
- ServSafe certified and HAACP knowledge.
- Ability to review and make decisions based on financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to develop menus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong negotiating skills.
