Job Description:


In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for an area, comprised of a portion corporate business campus. While this position will not have direct control over facility operations or budgets, you will act in a quality control capacity ensuring that our workspace is in acceptable condition. This position will assist with a variety of other related areas including facility operations, employee services, events, security, safety, sustainability, lease administration and the design and construction supervision of our ever expanding/evolving offices.



Responsibilities:



  • Provide an immediate point of contact for facilities management related questions and suggestions.

  • Manages Data Center

  • Provides mentoring for other Facilities Coordinators within a region

  • Regularly perform zone walk-throughs to identify existing building issues.

  • Communicate and help evaluate user requests regarding corporate facilities services to create the best work environment.

  • Keep employees informed about new and existing programs, service enhancements and building maintenance and construction projects.

  • Assist with the execution of Corporate Programs.

  • Assist Facilities Management in order to deliver exceptional projects and services.

  • Order miscellaneous items/materials campus effort and manage several vendors and related PO’s.


Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree with focus on facilities management, engineering, or customer service. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience.

  • 2-3 Years minimum experience in Data Center Management

  • 3 years of service experience with an emphasis on facilities, corporate services, property management, events/hospitality or equivalent office management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast paced office environment.

  • Service-minded and strong customer service focus, flexible and open to new ways of doing business; multiple language skills a plus.

  • Solid communication and strong leadership skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels.
