Job Description:
Compass Group, the world’s leading contract foodservice company, has a Great Opportunity for career development and growth with its Canteen Vending division in Lexington, KY, as a Field Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between branch and Charlotte Office
- Oversee cash room functions
- Cash room verifications, precounts, and filling in as necessary
- Prepare cash reports
- Print and key in fresh food orders
- Maintain the District Petty Cash fund
- Inventory Verifications Tracking
- Maintain ICR Operation Standards
- Supply requested information to DAM and Regional Manager
- Prepare and Maintain Payroll/Personnel Reports
- Calculate commissions paid to Route Drivers
- Maintain Attendance Records
- Maintain Personnel Files
- Maintain I-9 and WOTC files
- Process Web Payroll
- Assist new hires w/ paperwork and orientation
- Process A/R invoices
- Follow up on past due invoices. Request assistance from DGM, DAM or CSM on receivables >60 days
- Client commissions
- Prepare Accounts Payable uploads
- Vendor maintenance
- Vendor payments
- Administrative support to the DGM
- Other duties as assigned by the DAM and DGM
Qualifications:
- Four year degree in accounting preferred.
- 2+ years accounting/finance experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/priorities.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
