The Transportation Analyst will use strong analytical and organizational skills to coordinate various programs and processes related to parking and conference center operations. This role provides administrative support to associates and management team. Will report to the Transportation Services Director while also working closely and receiving direction from Wilmington Conference Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Parking Services mailbox daily and respond within 24 hours of each email; distribute emails to other locations/contacts as needed.
- Act as liaison with parking vendors and associates for daily operations and inquiries for parking enterprise-wide.
- Compile and maintain monthly parking reports and wait lists for all locations – auditing of associate hire and terminations; monitor available parking spaces (where needed) and communicating to associates on wait lists
- Assist Wilmington Transportation Services Manager with coverage and support of all transportation operations (including charter, parking and shuttle services)
- Provide support with running daily room schedules posted outside Wilmington meeting rooms
- Support notary services for associates at Town Center (commission and training will be provided).
- Provide backup assistance to Meeting & Events Planning Managers as needed. Assist with associate Way finding and help with large event set-up.
- Provide assistance with event planning and catering for Wilmington conference centers
- Assist with inventory of Wilmington Conference Center supply closets and order supplies on a monthly basis.

- Capable of lifting and pulling 1-50 pounds.

Qualifications:
- A college graduate with two years of conference planning experience in a conference center or corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in stressful situations.
- Exceptional client service skills to exceed expectations
