Job Description:
Provide business process/systems analysis, documentation, deployment, and support services for Compass Group, The Americas Division field operations. Works extensively with business customers and technology/project team members to define and deliver a complex business solution.
Responsibilities:
Experience with online procurement solutions and concepts (e-procurement, e-business websites) required.
Work with business and technology team members to gather, assess, translate and define business requirements according to end-user needs
Work with business and technology team members to define, document, schedule and manage business and project-related activities
Assist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient business processes and solutions Assist with defining and implementing testing strategy within business area to ensure the functionality, accuracy and quality of solutions/processes
Produce high quality documentation, including procedural, operational, functional, configuration, requirements and process flow documents/use case and diagrams
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist with defining and implementing training and deployment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; emphasis on procurement/supply chain disciplines preferred.
2+ years of Business Analyst or technical procurement solutions experience, including 1+ year of Information Systems experience
Experience in end-user training and procurement solutions Tier 2 or Tier 3 support strongly preferred.
Strong analytics background, with the ability to assess the future impact of decisions made, based on current environment or events.
Effective organization and planning skills.
Solid skill set in Microsoft Office 2013; specifically Access, Visio, preferred Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Word.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships.
Substantial knowledge of procurement business processes and ability to re-engineer them preferable.
Working knowledge of various project management methodologies
Team Player and self-starter, goal oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and advance.
