Job Description:

Canteen is a national vending machine operating company offering vending, office coffee service and dining services through a company and franchise network of over 200 locations in 48 states. Canteen's track record of innovation began in 1929, when company founder Nathaniel Leverone built his business strategy around three timeless principles: integrity, customer focus and innovation.

We continue this great tradition of vending services today by listening to our customers and continually refining the vending experience with new quality initiatives that provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.




Responsibilities:

Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks to substantiate business transactions.

Follow up with vendors in relation to any questions or outstanding concerns for invoices.

Be responsible for the day-to-day administrative reporting including AR, AP, journal entries, sales, and payroll.

Participate as needed in special department projects.

General office duties include; answering telephones, filing, dispatching, mail distribution, typing, correspondence, CRS.

Orders, prepares and maintains payroll and personnel reports (e.g., commissions, vacation/sick accruals, union health and welfare).

Qualifications:

At least three years of administrative/office management experience.

Working knowledge of processes and systems including financial reporting.

Good planning and organizational skills.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Expedience in office management capacity.

Computer literate, specifically MS Office.
