The Regional Operations Analyst will report directly to the Chartwells K12 Rye Brook Finance Group with dotted line to the RVP. You will support the RVP and senior staff by providing general financial support for operations within the region and guiding the weekly and monthly management reporting, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and ad hoc analyses as required by the RVP and Rye Brook.
This position will be based in our Braintree, MA regional office.
Responsibilities
P&L and balance sheet knowledge.
Compile new and rebid proforma and analyze for accuracy.
Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting new, rebid and lost business reporting, weekly Business Owner Reports.
Provides financial guidance to operating units within the region on matters involving client returns, revenue and profitability goals.
Assists in compiling and analyzing budgets and forecast and considers "what if: scenarios and brings forth suggestions to the RVP.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required. Finance or Accounting field of study strongly preferred.
Foodservice experience preferred.
2+ years of related analysis experience is preferred.
Experience with SAP, Excel, Power Point, Access
Strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel within the region.
