The AP-Office Assistant position provides support to customers along with specific data entry, accounts payable, and office support. Primary responsibilities are listed below.

REVIEW VENDOR INVOICES ACCURATELY AND WITHIN SPECIFIED TIMELINE
ENTER PRODUCT COST INTO DATABASE ACCURATELY AND PROMPTLY
CODE, ENTER AND UPLOAD INVOICES
RECONCILE AP TRANSACTIONS
REVIEW VENDOR STATEMENTS, RESEARCH AND RESOLVE DISCREPENCIES
INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE VENDOR INQUIRIES
MAINTAIN VENDOR FILES
ASSIST WITH WEEKLY AND MONTLY PERIOD END CLOSE
TRACK EXPENSES AND ENSURE THEY ARE PAID WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME
PROVIDES SUPPORT TO ACCOUNTING MANAGER AS NEEDED
PROVIDES SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FOR AUDITS
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE OF A/P PROCESS AND GENERAL ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES
