Job Description:


Canteen is a national vending machine operating company offering vending, office coffee service and dining services through a company and franchise network of over 200 locations in 48 states. We continue this great tradition of vending services today by listening to our customers and continually refining the vending experience with new quality initiatives that provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.


The Customer Service Representative position provides support to customers along with specific data entry, world class customer service, and office support. Primary responsibilities are listed below.




Responsibilities:



  • Professional, daily interaction via phone with customers, taking weekly coffee and supply orders

  • Upsell additional products where possible

  • Enter orders into software; accurate data entry skills required

  • Professional verbal and written communication with customers, management, and associates.

  • Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Other special projects/data entry into software where required


Qualifications:



  • "Can do" attitude, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations

  • World-class customer service experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor and phone etiquette

  • Data entry proficient

  • Able to multi-task and take initiative

  • Work in fast paced environment

  • Able to work independently and with a team

  • Experience with : Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel

  • 45+ wpm / exceptionally computer literate
