Job Description: CMMS Analyst
The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the internal CMMS database, analyze and report on trends and help make recommendations to management. The Analyst will also be involved in sourcing medical parts and work with vendors to negotiate best pricing. The Analyst will report directly to the Director and will be based in our Mooresville office location.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean up of internal CMMS database – ensure there is consistent part(s) information, parts are categorized correctly; eliminate duplicate part(s) numbers; ensure part(s) numbers and vendor numbers are correct/updated
- Constant evaluation of the database to ensure information is correct
- Responsible for analyzing data and generating reports for senior management
- Attend Vendor meetings – help negotiate parts pricing
- Source parts for field operations
- Work with IT department to ensure data is correct and any changes to the CMMS database
Qualifications:
- Experience with managing and supporting a database system; at least 3 year’s experience
- Familiarity with Clinical Equipment terminology is desired
- Biomedical/Imaging background or Experience working in a Clinical Engineering environment is required.
- Must have strong Computer skills, specifically working in Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and strong customer service skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
