Job Summary
Touchpoint Support Services has a Great Opportunity for career development and growth for a Finance Manager in its Corporate office located in Atlanta, GA. This position provides support to operations through contract supplement development and auditing. Other support responsibilities include policy and procedure management, training, support, and information analysis through preparation of operational data/analysis for publication to various decision makers throughout the Company.
Responsibilities:
Manages contractual changes to the Clients individual account supplements and related supplement amendments
Develops and implement new supplement contracts for new business and related vertical business to include vending services, laundry services, patient transport, valet and potential additional services
Ensures Sector: management is aware of Compass and TouchPoint policies, procedures, and processes. Educates sector and ensures appropriate forms/approvals are obtained and timely reporting of budget, schedule, Resource Group reporting etc. are met by sector management.
Develops strategies to achieve the division financial results and provide business forecasts and budgets.
Ensures annual budget is achieved, highlighting areas of concern and presenting monthly review of balance sheet and operating ledger, fee income projection, and project reimbursable.
Provides monthly forecast for sector and project achievement of financial goals by monitoring sector and project spend, capital budget forecasting, reimbursable and VA. Makes recommendations to reduce expense and increase income.
Demonstrates mutual understanding of business model and design/build process by creating presentation of business model and processes to sector senior management
Manages the capital spend for the sector to ensure the financial model and process is established and communicated.
Hires, trains, and develops accounting and financial support staff by providing orientation and training to all staff.
Completes special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Finance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business emphasis
Six to eight years related experience in accounting and management and/or four to five years experience in large corporate organization or equivalent combination of education and experience
MBA with a concentration in a related finance field a plus
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and presentation
Ability to interface cross-functionally and cross-culturally (e.g., UK)
