Job Summary
Touchpoint Support Services has a Great Opportunityfor career development and growth for a Finance Manager in its Corporate office located in Atlanta, GA. The position will play a leading role in managing and develop TouchPoint’s analytics and reporting programs providing operational support through preparation, publication and distribution of various operational reports and analyses. The position will make strategic observations and conclusions from data/analyses to relay through company leadership to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities include facilitating Monthly Operations Review data publications, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational improvements, assisting with the annual budget process, forecasting operational targets, and assisting with periodic ad hoc analyses.
Responsibilities:
Advance company statistic and mathematic analyses including use of regression modeling of financial and qualitative information.
Develop and implement company peer comparison model for external distribution and evaluation of state of business. Provide operations with information and recommendations using analytics.
Position will be the primary contact with Ascension Health’s ORG organization (statistic support group) and internal Compass analytic organizations including E15.
Manage monthly operational reporting, including the Operational Budget Report, Savings Reconciliation, Client Dashboards, and other end-to-end reports highlighting company performance.
Oversight of the change order process to ensure the fluid addition/expanse of company scope of service with proper cataloging of documentation and authorization.
Provide regional financial coverage and support to operations on a monthly basis. Includes budgeting, variance analysis/review, recommendations for business improvement, and accurate forecasting.
Develops strategies to achieve the Sector: financial results and provide business forecasts and budgets.
Ensures sector management is aware of Compass and TouchPoint policies, procedures, and processes. Educates sector and ensures appropriate forms/approvals are obtained and timely reporting of capex spend, budget, schedule, etc. are met by sector management.
Supports business KPI goals by maintaining and monitoring budget compliance through use of various reports on regular basis.
Hires, trains, and develops accounting and financial support staff by providing orientation and training to all staff.
Completes special projects as assigned by the CFO / Sr. Finance Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business emphasis
Six to eight years related experience in accounting and management and/or four to five years experience in large corporate organization or equivalent combination of education and experience
MBA preferred
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and presentation
Ability to interface cross-functionally and cross-culturally (e.g., UK)
