Job Description:
The Data Analyst supports Patient Transportation, Environmental Services, Laundry & Linen, Food & Nutritional Services, and HTS to identify process improvement opportunities, synergy efficiencies, enhanced customer/patient satisfaction, and cost reduction.
Responsibilities:
Effectively analyze and report Data metrics across multiple lines of business within the Healthcare system.
Create and prepare regular reports to demonstrate various metrics within patient transportation, Environmental Services, Laundry and Linen and Food and Nutritional Services data and success rates for each.
Manage data captured for Customer Satisfaction scorecards.
Evaluate and report on new and existing reporting technologies and effectiveness of both.
Create timely informational reports for both internal and external review.
Analyze and summarize reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Monitor the effectiveness of dispatching and reporting tools and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Prepare presentations as needed to convey reports from all lines of business information to business leaders using charts, graphs and other presentation resources.
Conduct system audits and validate data and reports. Monitor data integrity.
Identify Sector: and business trends including competitive intelligence data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 1 to 3 years experience working in a financial or data analyst capacity preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results.
Experience using Google Analytics (and similar tools).
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office products, with extensive experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team members.
Ability to organize, plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
