The position will involve working analyze and configure their application based CMMS business process / reporting needs. Included in the process is data migration and end-user software training. Individual will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of a designated customer base. Most customers require an onsite visit, which will generally consist of working with key project personnel, coordinating and guiding the software implementation. The position will provide company-wide technical direction and administrative support for all aspects of multi-user, multi-location network architecture; provide day-to-day maintenance of the company's information systems hardware; and assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of the company's workflow process automation.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in Managing the Software Development process for the HTS CMMS program
· Work with the CMMS vendor and HTS Users to resolve issues
· Perform Testing and Quality Assurance testing in an attempt to insure that CMMS works and is as bug-free as possible when delivered to the User
·Perform data analysis and troubleshooting of Users' databases
·Develop specifications for software development ideas/needs
·Performed on-site hands on training in use of CMMS
·Provide Help Desk/Customer Support to Users via telephone/ remote desktop share for CMMS to determine the problem the User is experiencing and assist the User in troubleshooting the issue to a resolution.
·Develop custom reports/queries for Users to meet specific needs on a case-by-case basis
·Convert customer data as required
·Work closely with the inventory team and project engineers during site inventories
·Work closely with the HTS management taem to determine the needs to be met, develop the specifications for revisions and enhancements, determine the financial commitment required and work with the Programmers to achieve the desired results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience (preferred). Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Three or more years of progressively responsible Information Systems experience, preferably supporting clinical information systems
25% Travel requirements
·Must possess the ability to understand and install appropriate and effective MIS programs. Must have current knowledge of PC applications and must be capable of providing support and training. Valid driver's license, availability to travel to customer sites within assigned territory.
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Good communication and strong customer service skills.
·Good organization and time management skills.
·Strong work ethic and ability to work as a member of a team, if required.
