Job Description:
Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Services Group, members of The Compass Group, currently has an exciting opportunity for a New Business Financial Analyst to work out of our Atlanta Support Center based in Atlanta, Georgia or Crothall Headquarters based in Wayne, PA or Compass Headquarters based in Charlotte, NC. The Financial Analyst will report to the VP of Sales Support and will provide financial support to the operations leadership and regional teams for the Healthcare Sector: to improve new deal performance and drive financial results.
KeyResponsibilities:
Ability to compile and assess sales methodologies
Ability to run and analyze combined sector IRRs
Analyze and provide costing input on multifaceted "big deal" costing
Analyze and assess post opening costing to improve future deals
Provide costing feedback to senior leadership
Travel w/ Sales & Operations surveys, presentations, meetings etc. to work on large single sector or aggregated deals
Other ad hoc projects within Finance as assigned
Necessary Ingredients:
Self-starter with a positive "can do" attitude.
BA in Finance or Accounting is required
High level of proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and Access is required
A total of 1 to 2 years of related experience in Finance with a demonstrated record of increased responsibility.
Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals, objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks.
Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization (sales and operations)
Strong communicative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional image.
Strong understanding of healthcare and/or senior living
Experience with Morrison and/or Crothall methodologies
Punctuality is a must
