Job Description:

This position is responsible for directing and coordinating financial planning and budget management functions. You will recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of the overall operation, as well as monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and give feedback on how to control operating costs.
- Manage the preparation of financial reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Analyze financial reports for variances against budget and present data with recommendations to bring operating costs in line with budget.
- Perform financial forecasting reports throughout the fiscal year.
- Establish short and long term goals with department heads for policies, objectives and operating procedures.
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or Hotel, Restaurant Management.
- At least three years in a Financial Management role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to remain organized in a fast paced environment.
- Highly energetic and results oriented.
