The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of planning, budgeting analysis and reporting relating to the region as well as control account expenditures and obtain maximum utilization of account resources. Individual must also develop short and long-term financial and operational plans in support of the overall objectives of the company, monitor and maintain performance, product and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years upscale food service experience, including 10 years at the management level and 5 years experience of multi unit management
- Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning
- Proven track record of achieving company goals in compliance with company/client policies and procedures
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Effective problem solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions
- Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and similar facts
