Job Description:
- Resolve payment discrepancies for assigned regions and national accounts.
- Assist in the application of the daily lockbox as needed.
- Review all A/R Discrepancy Emails with check attachments and forward to appropriate field personnel for resolution.
- Manage large volume of email responses in a timely manner. Follow up on the due date to send reminders.
- Perform requested maintenance of customer accounts and assist field with all A/R inquiries, research requests and problem resolutions.
- Train internal and external personnel on AR procedures.
- Ability to recognize those accounts where Autocash is not able to perform and send appropriate information to Corporate AR Manager.
- Perform monthly review and daily follow up of payment discrepancy report for assigned regions and national accounts.
- Frequent communication required with internal and external personnel.
- Request customer refunds when required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, solid attention to detail, problem solving skills and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet required deadlines daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Outstanding organizational and customer service skills.
- Able to work with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- High school diploma required.
