This person will be responsible for managing 12-14 accounts in the Connecticut region.
You will participate in the sales process to grow the region and will also conduct client negotiation meetings. You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the overall financial performance of 12-14 accounts to ensure profitability
- Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
- Manage planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
- Participate in the sales process to grow the region
Qualifications:
- BS Degree preferred.
- Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience.
- Commitment to sustainable dining
- Interest in farm-to-table
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Multi-unit experience is required
- Spanish-speaking a plus
