Job Description:
Compass Group, the world's largest contract foodservice company, has a Great Opportunity for career development and growth here at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC as a Senior Payroll Systems Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Process daily/weekly payroll posting in SAP according to checklists and procedures
Process daily off-cycle payroll postings
Document and resolve processing exceptions and errors according to procedures
Identify process improvements and efficiencies, document business requirements and assist with testing in SAP
Process weekly fringe re-direction
Salary accrual processing
Validate Payroll Completeness
Research P&L discrepancies
Back-up for Corporate Payroll Analyst
Process Group Insurance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; significant related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
2+ years of Accounting and Payroll experience
Strong knowledge of SAP
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Access experience is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Effective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow through
Ability to work a flexible schedule (Sunday through Thursday)
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication/documentation skills
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
