Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate between various shifts to ensure applicable completion of tasks
- Daily inspection and follow through on all assignments, directives and projects to ensure task completion
- Cross train and develop personnel for multiple positions/duties
- Secure building after completion of work
- Be able to create and foster a working environment, where safety is first and always
- Trains and supervises custodial staff.
- Carries out daily schedules and fulfills all customer needs.
- Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate custodial activities.
- Assists in maintaining the department in an “inspection ready” state at all times.
- Carries out major projects, assuring that staff perform their duties and have supplies available to perform such tasks.
- Conducts regular inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Obeys all Client and community policies and procedures.

- College degree preferred.

- Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.
- Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.

- Ability to function appropriate under stressful conditions. Good stress management skills required
