Job Description:
Regional Vice President of Sales – Eurest Services
The Regional Vice President of Sales will lead a sales team of Regional Sales Directors to develop business for Eurest Services in the business & industry markets. We are seeking a strong, innovative leader who is able to inspire and motivate.
This may be a home-based position and candidate will ideally be located in Major Metro City in Texas or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales and sales-related functions in the business & industry market including sales strategy, sales training, forecasting, territory management and people development.
- Drive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability.
- Identify necessary support resources for sales team and mobilize these required resources to successfully close new business.
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team. Mentor and coach a seasoned, highly skilled team of sales professionals; continually develop their skills.
- Motivate direct reports to overachieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong situational leadership skills.
- Communicate effectively across the organization both horizontally and vertically.
- Manage a team of 4-6
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years direct sales experience in new business development
- Five years of sales leadership experience
- Must have demonstrated a high level of performance in direct selling and leading a sales team
- Hands-on leader; sales process focused, relationship builder both internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written & listening)
- Team builder; sales and operations
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Selling in the service industry to C-Suite, Senior Executives, VP’s and above
- Territory management expertise (CRM)
- Think logically with a common sense approach
- Computer literate
- Experience with managing a CRM database
- High degree of personal accountability and integrity
- Travel approximately 60% - 75%
