Job Description:

Financial Planning Analyst position which supports the annual budget and bi-annual forecast processes for all Sector:s and corporate departments. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning. The position will be based in our Charlotte, NC corporate office.


Responsibilities:

Utilize Essbase, HFM, and SAP to load and consolidate financial data for annual budget and two forecasts, analyze and reconcile data, and create and prepare Smartview reports

Create and populate internal and Group budget and forecast templates and presentations for cash flow, balance sheet and profit & loss reporting

Produce report that contains KPI's and other financial metrics used by the executive team (Blackbook)

Establish working relationships with sector finance and corporate department accounting/finance

Participate in the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures and ultimately help to implement identified improvements

Special projects as determined necessary by management as well as ad hoc analysis for sector finance and executive management

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting4 to 6+ years of finance/budgeting experience in a large organization3+ years of reporting system experiencePrioritize and manage multiple projects in a tight deadline driven environmentAbility to work independently and possess strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented with strong analytical skillsEssbase, HFM, and SAP experience a plusProficiency in Excel, Access, and Power PointHands on experience with process improvement methodologiesGreat People.
