Responsibilities:



  • Train, manage, and develop hourly associates.

  • Assist with catering events.

  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Bon Appetit’s culinary and marketing team.

  • Audit p&l controls such as declining purchasing budgets, labor vs. sales, and pricing.

  • Hold monthly employee meetings to discuss topics such as safety, customer service and quality.

  • Bring innovative ideas to the management team to drive sales.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.

  • Two plus years of previous management or supervisory experience.

  • Previous experience managing cost controls is helpful.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, internet, and email.

  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
