Communicate new process of Fortis to associates that continue submitting through the mailbox - Sort print and organize all incoming expense reports.Review and audit all incoming expense reports in a timely manner.Review and approve claims through the Fortis toolSupport team with reporting duties at month endMust be detail oriented, conscientious, and able to work within deadlines.Self-motivated, with a drive to seek efficiency and process improvementSignificant daily contact with Compass associates company-wide via telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face.Monitor and maintain expense report mailbox daily, printing all incoming expense report claims and review claims for approval through Fortis.Export claims to expense compliance database.Filing as requiredSupport Expense Compliance Analyst and Fuel Analyst
Qualifications:
Background in collections or other business discipline involving extensive human interaction.
Proficient in spreadsheets and databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills a must due to multi task environment.
Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong communication skills, solid attention to detail, problem solving skills and have the ability to multi-task.
Outstanding organizational and customer service skills.
Able to work with associates at all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Bachelor's degree preferred
