Job Description:
Marketing Manager will work cross functionally on business-critical marketing and innovation projects and will drive growth for both Morrison Community Living and the Waters Retirement Communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate all aspects of the National and Local promotions for the Waters Retirement communities.
- Execute Corporate Promotional Calendar
- Develop and execute local promotions specifically for the Waters
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure program alignment, efficiency and minimize duplication of efforts
- Coordinates all of the merchandising and retail efforts for the Waters communities
- Works with Finance to track and measure programs
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables
- Assists with development of content for Internal/External websites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
- Five or more years relevant experience in brand management, marketing, advertising and/or promotion development
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent English and grammar skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to manage corporate relationships with key influencers including senior management
- Extreme attention to detail
- Self-directed and proactive
- Excellent presentation skills
- Positive attitude with a team mentality
