Job Description: Senior Biomedical Device Integration Analyst
In this great opportunity you would serve as the primary representative of Crothall Healthcare Inc., for the designated region within your operating division. You would be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within your assigned region through subordinate managers and directors. You will continually monitor operating units and selectively negotiate as needed for matters relating to account operations in order to assure highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans. In carrying out assigned responsibilities, you must ensure that all personnel under his/her operational control comply with all client, government, corporate and division policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates on biomedical device integration requirements with clinical users, CES and Client Information Services Staff.
- Designs biomedical device integration solutions
- Coordinates activities with device support personal, technical teams and application teams
- Supervises development of test data, system/integration testing and documentation for all phases of the development life cycle
- Ensures quality of device integration and application functionality
- Coordinates with CES, Client Supply Chain, equipment manufacturers, client facilities and Client IS regarding procurement, upgrades and replacement of biomedical devices
- Contributes to user training curriculum
- Maintains Implementation Project Plans and actively meets with stakeholders to drive project related tasks, communication and milestones
- Researches and resolve escalated Customer Support Center tickets including major application upgrades
- Provides technical support and guidance to other team members as required
- Keep up-to-date on relevant industry changes, bug-fix, and release notes
- Keeps abreast on relevant Regulatory Requirements that impact medical device integration and clinical data capture such as JCAHO, FDA, and CAP
- Actively participates in education regarding device and clinical system functionality through Webinars, User Group Meetings, Vendor Classes and electronic mailing lists.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Three or more years of progressively responsible Information Systems experience, preferably supporting clinical information systems
- 25% Travel requirements
- Clinical knowledge utilizing beside medical devices including telemetry/physiological monitors, pumps and vents preferred
- Prefer technical biomedical device support experience
- Working knowledge of system applicatoion implementation, ehnancement and support methods and practices
- Working knowledge of bedside medical devices, medical device integration protocols and related computer systems such as instrument interfaces and Order Management Systems, analysis and programming techniques and procedures, including:
- Facilities sessions with users to determine hardware, software of system functional specifications; design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, coding, debugging, or modification of computer systems or programs based on and related to user design specifications
- Working knowledge of IS standards and quality methods and metrics
- Working knowledge of project management methods
- General familarity of user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support the applicatoions
- Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency.
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
