Working as a Restaurant Manager for FLIK will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.


You will be responsible for the success of the restaurant operation under the direction of the Director. You will serve as the primary individual restaurant and manager overseeing dining operations.


This is a seven day per week operation.


Responsibilities:



  • You will oversee the restaurant operations and activities of the location.

  • You will manage a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service.




Qualifications:



  • Minimum of A.A. Degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management.

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.

  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

  • ServSafe certified is a plus.
