The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the foodservice operations at a unique fine dining cultural center account.
Responsibilities:
- Train, manage, and develop hourly associates.
- Assist with catering events.
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with WPC culinary and marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
- Fine dining restaurant management experience is critical.
- Two plus years of previous management or supervisory experience.
- Previous experience managing cost controls is helpful.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, internet, and email.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
