Working as an Office Manager for Eurest Dining Services will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.
This position is responsible for supporting the office functions and maintaining financial data to put forth for statistical reporting at the end of each operating week. As a Bookkeeper, you will compile data into a software system that will keep track of the financial state of the dining services account. Additional responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Support management in the organization of employee’s payroll and filing systems.
- Be instrumental in cash handling and have a complete understanding of cash reconciliation at the end of each operating day.
- Be responsible for accurate record keeping for audit purposes.
- Work closely with point of sale systems and ensure that prices are properly programmed and the point of sale systems have accurate readings at the end of each operating day.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or Hotel, Restaurant Management.
- At least three years experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to remain organized in a fast paced environment.
- Highly energetic and results oriented.
