Job Description: Canteen Refreshment and Vending Services, a division of Compass Group North America, has new business openings for Regional Sales Director positions across the United States. This professional top performer must be an organized, self starter who is able to work independently. This position will strictly focus on “new business” development. This is NOT a management position.




Requires a strong, independent sales performer who may home-based that is able to relocate to new business openings in the United States.

Necessary Ingredients:


• 2+ years B2B professional selling experience OR Bacher's Degree (sales specialty program/certificate preferred)
• Develop new business opportunities (Hunter)
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
• Cold calling, prospecting and discipline to develop markets
• High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Strong time management & territory development skills
• Aptitude to identify decision maker(s) and ascertain buying criteria
