Job Description:


This is a Great Opportunity to become a leader in a great company and a growing Sector of Compass Group, Canteen Vending Services. We are seeking a growth minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing vending operations. As the District Operations Manager you will work with the District General Manager to support our business.

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure that the Branch financial performance meets Company and client objectives.

  • Optimize operational productivity and monitor development of realistic and accurate forecasts.

  • Interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote their consistent application within the district.

  • Assist where needed in the scheduling and coordination of new installations.

  • Participate in the sales process.

  • Identify regional and district training requirements for Customer Service Managers.

  • Coordinate union contract negotiations; stay current and abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.




Qualifications:



  • Associate’s degree; a minimum of three years related experience.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data.

  • Excellent presentations skills required.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
