Job Description:
This is a Great Opportunity to become a leader in a great company and growing Sector of Compass Group, Canteen Dining Services. We are seeking a growth minded Food Service Director to direct the overall foodservice operation in a corporate dining account.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of planning, budget analysis, and reporting relating to the operation, control account expenditures and obtain maximum utilization of account resources.
- Responsibility for ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures and HACCP standards.
- Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices.
- Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customers, client and associate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in food service management.
- Three years progressive hospitality experience is desired.
- Two years restaurant experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated profit and loss management ability and client relations success is essential.
- Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
