This is a unique opportunity for ENTRY LEVEL college graduates to enter into our FLIK Management Training Program. This is a top-level program in which you will go through intense training that will prepare you for "Careers For Life". This program will provide you with the necessary training, leadership, and applications you will need to be successful as a team leader with FLIK.


Recipe to Succeed:



  • Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, guests, client, and associates

  • Basic knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices

  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications, company software, e-mail and the Internet

  • Assumes food quality & profitability

  • Completes shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards

  • Informs chef, supervisor, in a timely manner when supplies are low

  • Follows and observes all company policies and procedures

  • Follows company standards for attendance and punctuality

  • Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed in accordance with company standards

  • Develops a positive working relationship with fellow workers and customers and avoids conflict

  • Conducts/Attends training sessions


Necessary Ingredients:



  • Open only to recent hospitality/culinary graduates

  • MUST be willing to relocate anywhere within assigned region after completion of training

  • Bachelor's degree in foodservice/hospitality-related field preferred

  • Minimum 1 year foodservice experience and/or related internship

  • Computer competency in all MS Office Applications

  • Career minded and Team Player

  • 1-3 years progressive hospitality experience is desired

  • Demonstrated comprehension of profit and loss management ability and client relations is essential

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
