Job Description:
This position is responsible for many layers of detail and the coordination and maintenance of these details is critical to the management of the account. This position is the ‘left’ arm to the Account Manager; they are involved with and support the customer’s unique requirements. Specifically, this position works with internal partners, operations and IT to communicate and oversee the set-up, and any systems changes that may be required. The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for reconciling and resolving open AR; this requires building a strong relationship with the customer. This position requires a highly motivated individual to act as a liaison between key stakeholders, including vendors, clients, end-users, and senior levels of management as well as being an effective leader to promote internal development.

Responsibilities:
- Support unit managers from a fiscal perspective by providing training and guidance in accounting principles and financial management
- Conduct Loss Prevention Reviews (LPRs) at units throughout account
- Manage accounting for unbudgeted project work.
- Manage invoicing of project work
- Compile journal entries related to period close
- Coordinate with Regional Controller on procedures surrounding billing/invoicing, metrics and reporting
- Support operations team with implementation of new businesses
- Oversee new business transition processes as they relate to billing/invoicing, payroll, and metrics/reporting
- Track regional initiatives and compliance to Corporate policies
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of SAP Financial and Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
