Canteen’s Manager in Training Program provides a unique opportunity for talented and passionate professionals to gain personal career insights as well as management training. The 12 weeks of training include rotations in the following areas:





  • Route Logistics and Fleet Management

  • Client Communication, Relationship Building and Retention

  • New Business Sales Process and Installations

  • Contract Management

  • Financial Management

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

  • 2 or more years leadership experience managing a team

  • Preferred experience in some of the following: distribution, logistics, retail, marketing, customer service, sales, culinary

  • Ability to write effective business correspondence and reports

  • Proficient at presenting information and public speaking

  • Proficiency with common office technology and software (e.g., laptop computer, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

  • Strong mathematical and financial skills with ability to comprehend rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret bar graphs

  • Effective at managing competing business priorities

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

  • Military experience a plus
