Canteen’s Manager in Training Program provides a unique opportunity for talented and passionate professionals to gain personal career insights as well as management training. The 12 weeks of training include rotations in the following areas:
- Route Logistics and Fleet Management
- Client Communication, Relationship Building and Retention
- New Business Sales Process and Installations
- Contract Management
- Financial Management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- 2 or more years leadership experience managing a team
- Preferred experience in some of the following: distribution, logistics, retail, marketing, customer service, sales, culinary
- Ability to write effective business correspondence and reports
- Proficient at presenting information and public speaking
- Proficiency with common office technology and software (e.g., laptop computer, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Strong mathematical and financial skills with ability to comprehend rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret bar graphs
- Effective at managing competing business priorities
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Military experience a plus
