CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Summary:
ACT AS LIASON BETWEEN COMPANY AND CUSTOMERS TO DEVELOP BUSINESS, RETAIN BUSINESS AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* To visit Customer Site with to find business opportunities with existing clients.
* Report all necessary company updates.
* Report consistent problems to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
* Monitor equipment and upsell equipment and products.
* Develop and maintain client relationships with new and existing customers.
* Inform Sales Staff of any changes in the status of their accounts.
* Work on Special Projects given by the Sales Manager.
* Employee will work on the field Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and occasional additional hours for trade shows and events.
Education/Training/Experience:
* Two Years with minimum experience in Sales/Customer Service Experience.
*
* Superior analytical skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Meet departmental goals.
* Work well with other members of the team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $40,000. 00 to $50,000.00 plus commissions and paid expenses (Salaried Position)
